SinkeySystems is run by Tyler, a builder who cares more about whether a thing works than how it looks in a demo. Too much business software gets written to close a sale rather than to help the person who is stuck using it every day. Fixing that mostly comes down to paying attention: understand the work, respect the person doing it, and stay out of their way.
